About The Role
We’re seeking a creative and multi-disciplinary Senior Brand Designer to join our growing team. You’ll report directly to our VP of Design and work with our Senior Director of Marketing to build out the Reprise brand as well as work closely with the Director of Demand Generation to execute digital assets for the go-to-market strategy. In this role you’ll have the opportunity to create highly impactful visual designs in support of our overarching marketing strategies and further develop a consistent and distinctive brand identity that helps us stand out in a crowded landscape and drive pipeline
Candidates must provide a portfolio of work that exhibits their experience and shows a track record of creating visual concepts that are attention-getting, on-brand, and tailored to their intended audience or channel. Additionally, candidates should have proven experience developing and documenting visual systems while adhering to and evolving existing brand guidelines. Superior communication skills and attention to detail are a must.

 

Responsibilities 
Expand the visual corporate identity and continue to build our brand 
Drive the creative process from concept to final execution
Generate clear ideas, iterate thoughtful concepts, and produce beautiful creative assets across digital mediums and various channels (digital ads, landing pages, social media posts, content, email, animation, out of home advertising opportunities and more)
Collaborate and articulate design decisions to other members of the Marketing and Design team
Partner with other cross functional teams such as Content, Community, and Event teams to ensure creative assets are on-brand
Ensure a consistent and cohesive brand language by collaborating across departments (Creative, Marketing, Product)
Develop and manage in-house design requests for brand initiatives and marketing
Deliver work on time according to project specifications and milestones; adapt work as needed based on feedback

 

Required Skills  
5+ years experience as a brand designer for B2B, tech or both.
Experience in internalizing brand guidelines and strategically adapting it to a variety of uses
Experience and ability to visualize how the brand can be adapted to animated and interactive content
Experience in creating content that can span from a social post to an integrated campaign with multiple touch points.
Out of this world attention to detail and design craft
Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
An acute self-awareness and empathy for both potential learners and the team’s goals
Proficient experience designing and crafting with a range of programs including the Adobe Design Suite, Figma, (After Effects a plus)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multiple simultaneous projects
Experience designing digital ads in the B2B space that drive conversions for channels such as LinkedIn, Google Ads etc
Wordpress, Webflow, Squarespace,CMS experience bringing designs to life
