Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy secure smart contracts on Ethereum and EVM-compatible blockchains.
Build and maintain scalable decentralized applications (dApps) and Web3 platforms.
Develop backend services, APIs, and blockchain integrations using Node.js and TypeScript.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver high-quality features and products.
Architect blockchain solutions that prioritize scalability, security, and performance.
Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior and mid-level developers.
Integrate wallets, token standards, payment systems, and third-party blockchain services.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize production blockchain applications.
Implement security best practices and participate in smart contract audits and risk assessments.
Improve development workflows, CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and deployment processes.
Research emerging blockchain technologies and evaluate new tools, protocols, and frameworks.
Contribute to technical documentation, architectural planning, and engineering standards.
Participate in technical discussions and help drive long-term product and technology strategy.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing improvements.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
3+ years of hands-on blockchain development experience.
Strong expertise in Solidity and Ethereum smart contract development.
Experience building production-grade applications using React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
Strong understanding of blockchain architecture, decentralized systems, and Web3 technologies.
Experience with ethers.js, viem, wagmi, or similar Web3 libraries.
Knowledge of token standards including ERC-20, ERC-721, and ERC-1155.
Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, databases, and cloud infrastructure.
Strong understanding of software design patterns and scalable architecture.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
Experience building DeFi, NFT, RWA, or tokenization platforms.
Familiarity with Layer 2 scaling solutions and cross-chain technologies.
Experience conducting or supporting smart contract security audits.
Knowledge of AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and infrastructure automation.
Experience working in startups or high-growth technology companies.
Open-source contributions within the blockchain ecosystem.
