About the Role

We're looking for a Director of Partnerships to establish an ecosystem partner strategy for Embrace. This is a unique opportunity to analyze the market, create a space for Embrace, and execute on developing new partnerships. You will work alongside the VP of Sales on GTM strategies and the Head of Product on technical deliverables. If you're excited to build our partner ecosystem from the ground up, with the best technologies and even better people, we should chat.

What You'll Do

  • Be a key player in growing our business by closing deals, hitting goals and exceeding targets
  • Work with other members of the Sales team to develop sales strategies and set quotas
  • Present and demonstrate the value of Embrace to prospective clients
  • Take leads to the finish line, as well as help generate leads for target accounts
  • Identify growth opportunities for current customers to take full advantage of our product

Basic Qualifications

  • 10+ of SaaS or partner experience
  • Experience working with Product internally and externally
  • Understanding of the major tech ecosystem observability players
  • Go-to-market focused mindset
  • Strong business acumen and desire to understand how businesses operate together within a larger ecosystem to create value for customers and the marketplace
  • Commitment to a fast collaborative environment with integrity, passion, and accountability
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills

Gathering is integral to our culture for collaboration and connection. We want to ensure that all of our new hires have the ability to travel and meet other team members. We estimate the travel for any given role to be a couple of days every month or two. In order to gather, new hires must be able to meet our COVID vaccination requirement as we continue to help our team limit risk.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Technical background in mobile and observability
  • Proficient in Salesforce to forecast revenue projections and partner management
  • High competency and low ego, you have a passion for helping people both inside and outside of your company
