By showing companies the business case for mitigating water risk, Waterplan will accelerate their transition to a world where companies are incentivized to save more water, abate the discharge of polluting effluents, conserve watersheds and preserve shared value.

 

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Customer Success Support Analytics to join our Customer Success Team.

You will be working in a fully remote distributed team across multiple disciplines at a science-oriented company. At Waterplan, you will have the chance to work at the forefront of our industry, and you will be working with world-leading experts in water.

About your core focus:

The Customer Success Support Analytics role is responsible for ensuring the success of our customers by providing analytical support and training to our customers and the customer success team. The successful candidate will have a strong analytical background and experience in project management, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills.

 

Some things you’ll enjoy tackling:

  • Prepare presentation materials for our customers and the customer success team.

  • Develop training videos and content to support the Waterplan platform.

  • Understand and communicate the use cases and risk framework, with constant communication with cross-functional teams.

  • Handle onboarding and internal communications within the customer success team.

  • Manage sales dashboards to track and analyze customer success metrics.

  • Assist the platform in addressing customer concerns and issues.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Continuously improve processes and strategies to drive customer success.

  • Project management skills to ensure the success of customer success initiatives.

 

Qualifications:

  • Entrepreneurial Attitude.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Experience with sales dashboard management and data analysis.

  • Experience in customer success, customer service, or related fields.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience creating online training materials and videos for platforms such as Digital House, Crehana, and Coderhouse is a plus.

  • Project management skills, including the ability to set and meet goals and deadlines.

  • Excellent communication both in English and Spanish.
