As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for leading the OPS Specialist team to achieve good results with customers, at the same time you will be our expert in sustaining good relationships with our customers at the Latam level driving Instaleap's growth in the market.

What would I be doing?

  • Leading the OPS Specialist team and guiding them towards results

  • Make a diagnosis and generate insights with its corresponding action plan

  • Identify customer needs and align them with the Product team

  • Define strategies and identify customer growth opportunities in On-going/Adoption stages

Your experience has been shaped by:

  • Project management and leadership experience at least 5 years

  • At least 3 year as a team leader

  • Native spanish and English

  • A fast paced environment
