The Business Analyst / Administrative Assistant position is integral in developing, analyzing and communicating
technological solutions to leaders in the organization. Critical functions of this position include Project Management,
Client Management, Business Analysis, Application Development and Third Party Integration, Strategic and Secure
Infrastructure, and Operations. This person in this position will collaborate closely with company leadership to develop
plans in line with business objectives.

Additionally, the person in this role will be responsible for maintaining a highly effective work team in upper
management. This person will take minutes during all management meetings, follow up on departmental projects, and
monitor company deadlines, goals, and objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Independently execute complex data analysis across multiple platforms through the use of Google Sheets and
  • other available tools
  • Utilize effective communication practices to maintain a high level of productivity and accountability
  • Quickly become a subject matter expert in the core business functions of 7G operations as well as the technology solutions that it and its Clients require
  • Analyze and understand complex business processes and present them in an understandable and logical format
  • Support the CEO in all administrative projects, meeting coordination, and other organizational needs as assigned
  • Develop detailed requirements documentation including user stories, use cases, design specifications, business process and data flows and success criteria
  • Manage support issues raised by the business through to resolution and within defined support SLAs
  • Exhibit resourcefulness in proactively identifying and engaging available resources and subject matter experts in related areas to achieve goals
  • Ensure that all delivered solutions meet the highest quality standards and satisfy all specified business requirements through rigorous validation and testing, both independent of and in collaboration with end users
  • Work closely with development teams and vendors to clarify requirements and ensure application delivers meets all desired business specifications
  • Understand the relationships, dependencies and impact of related business functions to your area of responsibility
  • Demonstrate a strong ability to multitask, manage time and priorities and influence the outcome under pressure and subject to deadlines
  • Project / Program Management: Manages Technology Solutions project elements considering conflicting priorities, interdependencies, business objectives, communications and available resources.
  • Innovative Mindset: Leverages an agile and creative mindset to drive innovative value creation, continuous process improvement and proactive learning through new technology, processes and people.
  • Advantage: Trello, Jira or SCRUM knowledge.

Requirements

● Bachelor’s Degree
● 2-3 years in a similar role, preferably in a logistics and/or field-service-related industry
● Proven experience performing complex data analysis; abecedarian understanding of relational databases and use of related query tools
● Experience managing a team, preferably a management team
● Familiarity with reporting, dashboarding and data visualization using tools such as Tableau and Power BI
● Prior experience and knowledge of cloud-based systems and processes
● Demonstrable experience creating efficacious formulas and visualizations to effectuate a positive shift to a company culture that is based on data analysis and workflow processes.
● Demonstrable business analysis and project management experience preferably within a logistics and/or field-service sector
● Experience working with revenue-generating organizations, preferably within a logistics and/or field-service organization
● Apple/MAC devices
● iOS operating system
